Transactions
The Transactions page in the Clik2pay portal provides a comprehensive list of all payment requests created under your account. This guide will help you navigate and use the available filters and search functionalities effectively.
Filters
You can use various filters to refine the list of payment requests displayed on the Transactions page. Below are the filter options:
- Status: there are 3 categories of transaction statuses
- Pending: The payment was sent or is scheduled to the customer but has yet to be paid. Pending payments can have the following statuses:
Created
,Activated
,Email Sent
,Scheduled
,SMS Sent
- Paid: The transaction has been successfully paid by the customer. Paid transactions can have the following statuses:
Paid
,Refunded
,Settled
. - Closed: The transaction was either
Cancelled
orFailed
, and no payment was made.
- Pending: The payment was sent or is scheduled to the customer but has yet to be paid. Pending payments can have the following statuses:
- Created dates: Filter payment requests by specifying the start and end dates for when the requests were created.
- Created by: By default, the page displays payment requests created by your account. You can:
- Remove the filter to view all payment requests created by others on the account.
- Enter an email address to filter requests by a specific individual.
- Search: for a specific payment request using one or more of the following criteria:
- Payment request email
- Payment request Mobile number
- Payment request Short code
- Payment request Account
- Payment request Transaction ID
